The SAFEGUARD Maintenance Plan is an annual program designed to keep your garage door system running at peak performance while protecting your investment. SAFEGUARD maintenance includes annual service, adjustments, and a complete safety inspection. 

Individual Service Calls have an Initial cost of $200 plus additional for parts. There is an estimated savings of $600 or more by pre planning your maintenance for your garage door.   • Maintain Door Balance and Panel Alignment
  • Inspecting rollers, cables, chains, tracks, bottom bars, alignments, etc.
  • Tightening All Lag bolts, hinges, couplings, back hangs, track brackets, & drums
  • Adjusting brake, clutch and limit assemblies
  • Lubricating rollers, hinges, chain hoists, release mechanisms & shaft bearings
  • Examining opener belt or chain, gears, carriage & rail assembly
  • Inspect Bottom Weather seal for wear and cracking
